The Guardian reported on June 9, 2013 that Britain has a debt to revenue of 212%. According to the pro-evolution online encyclopedia Wikipedia Britain has an external debt to GDP ratio of 390% in 2011. Why is a 390% ration so serious? What is an external debt to GDP ratio?
